He is qualified to practice law before the Greek Supreme Court and he is member of the Athens Bar Association since 1995. His fields of expertise are Corporate, Banking and Civil Law, having extensive experience with cases related to contracts, claims, incorporations, insurances, property transactions and management. He has attended numerous seminars and fora. He is also the legal adviser of one of the biggest municipalities in Attica. Mr. E. He is graduate of Thessaloniki Law School (1996), with post-graduate studies in London (LL.M., London Guildhall University, 1998). He is qualified to practice law before the Greek Supreme Court and he is member of the Athens Bar Association since 1999. His fields of expertise are Maritime, Corporate, Banking and Commercial law, having extensive experience with projects relating to ship financing, ships sale & purchase, charter-parties, shipbuilding contracts, maritime claims, companies' formation (domestic and foreign), commercial contracts, corporate structures, capital markets / IPOs, insurance policies, insurance claims, Greek commercial pleasure yacht structures (corporate set-up, acquisition, financing, registration), sale & purchase of properties and real estate planning. He has participated in many national and international conferences in Greece and abroad. He currently also holds the position of Manager of Legal Department in a major shipping company based in P.
